How Paid Tech Support works
I offer paid Technology support for $50 per 30min session for normal business hours.
I offer emergency support for $100 per 30min session for calls that cannot be scheduled or service is needed within hours or same day(based on availability).
I offer monthly plans for $450/month for up to 10 hours of support per month. Half of the unused hours rolls over to the next month. All hours at end of year refresh and get set back to 0. If you are on the monthly plan, you can refresh your monthly plan in 10 hour increments at $450 at anytime or when you are out of hours for the month.

To start a call simply call 860-617-4625 and tell me your name, email and email or phone number you used to send payment.
Download team viewer to the right of your screen and I will walk you through getting me connected to your computer. When you download it, it will appear either in upper part of browser, or you need to look in your downloads folder. I can help you with this over the phone. If you need video support use the zoom link.
Paid tech support hours are on a first call first served basis. I will make every effort to help you as soon as possible when you call for support. Normal support hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 est. Calls received outside of those hours may still be answered but we may have to schedule a call for the next day or a weekday if on the weekend. If during those hours there is a high call volume, I may have to schedule your call for a timeslot the next day or another day during the week.
